News HTML Formatting and Image

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not so much a problem but it would be a nice to have the feature to avoid having to use a custom module or 3rd party module.

Describe the solution you'd like The News area should be updated to support HTML formatting this would allow us to add images, text styles and links to news items. This would enhance the look and feel of the news area. The Admin area could also have an HTML editor added to it.

Describe alternatives you've considered We are reviewing creating a custom news module to replace the default one depending on the outcome of this.

I think this is already implemented but forgotten in milestone :)
