restrict aircraft to users' airline

When adding multiple airlines to the phpvms website, only show the aircraft for that airline and not all of them.

vmsAcars can filter aircraft according to airlines when starting a flight, also phpVMS is able to filter aircraft during SimBrief flight planning according to subfleet's assigned to that particular flight. So in theory, aircraft is filtered by airline already.

Should we still need an option to filter aircraft at phpvms ? (which will be used only if no subfleet definitions present for that flight)
