Aircraft leasing and rentals

Aircraft can be leased/rented, add option(s) to the aircraft screen:

• Aircraft lease cost. This simulates the costs of an aircraft being owned by another company and the lease costs are a charge to the airline.
• Lease charges are:
  • Per hour
  • Per month
• Cron can run nightly to determine the daily charges

Then add an (optional) rental cost for the aircraft:

• Aircraft lease cost (hourly)
• Charge to user
