Airline Specific Settings (Feature Request)

Currently all of our settings are global and applies to all airlines being operated. If we can make some of the critical settings per airline, then we can have a more detailed / realistic environment.

Imagine like Rank and Type Rating Restrictions do apply to an airline, but it is disabled for another one. Or one airline forces pilots to fly from their last locations with an aircraft of their airline, but the other one will be relaxed and will let you fly from anywhere to everywhere.

This should bring in some logical changes to user profile too, pilots then should not be able to switch airlines as they wish. Maybe they can request a change and admins do it (or reject it) etc.

As this is an idea, why not we are extending it for vmsAcars too ? There we can have an airline not applying penalties to lights, but another one will be more realistic and penalize every single error with precise values.

May not be suitable for v7.0 but will be nice to have in v7.1 ;)
