Fares Based on Miles

Would like to see an option for fares based on the flight leg miles. This would allow a generic fare based on cost/mile for each subfleet.

Or at least an option to switch to an addon for this function. Dispo has built a system into one of his addons but it needs a line in a core file to use it. It would be nice to be able to have some setting that would do this.
