Menu builder Feature request

I'm always frustrated when seeing the main menu after adding some pages or linkes. Im well aware of the possibility of editing the template.

But what if the admin could build a menu in the admin panel and set an order of the elements and even make dropdown items?

If pssible with an easy drag and drop builder? Otherweise in another simle but intuitive way.
