UI changes

a ui bug occurs when we switch to save recording tab go all the way down to last recording(must scroll) then record tab layout changes recording and pause button moves up a little .

@shmarquez sure, you can. This issue is not resolved yet.

I just want to warn you that a good fix for this requires a lot of layout changes. If you're looking for an easy task, you better pick anything else.
