CI for the PR of satysfi-base-1.6.0 fails due to errors with compiling several packages (see: https://github.com/na4zagin3/satyrographos-repo/pull/653#issuecomment-1737736744). This blocks merging #653. As SPDX license identifiers have been defined, we need to update with the correct identifiers.
