TVDB API not working anymore

###Expected behaviour Shows and episodes get found via TheTVDB API-requests.

###Actual behaviour Message is displayed: Warning: Could not reach TVDB API. Running in local mode only!

###Steps to reproduce the behaviour TVDB API Test

TheTVDB API has changed shortly, perhaps hat produces the error?

thetvdb is fucked up read their forum

and for now just ignore the running in local mode only tvmaze,tmdb/trakt do work normally

I recognized the situation with thetvdb...

Unfortunately, as a user for german content, it was the only way for me to "manually" get the releases recognized, by inserting the show manually in the database with the tvdb-id and then resetting the tv_episodes_id field, befor re-running postprocessing...

somehow this does not work with trakt or tmdb, the output always says:

Checking TMDB for previously failed title: <ShowName>
Checking Trakt for previously failed title: <ShowName>

But the episode cannot be recognized by any of these providers and stays "unmatched".
