Make sure readme is accurate

There are now two different readme's:

  • The github one
  • The one in the distfiles (sv-gpl.zip)

Github readme probably needs updated crontab command including a specified user.

i think the one in distfiles (that goes into nquakesv folder when installed) needs to be updated with the touch <port> stuff (to add/remove ports)
