License confusion

The upstream website for this software, https://hamsoft.ca/, links to this page (http://mm-open.org/) which seems to indicate that all software developed by JE3HHT were written using the LGPLv3 license however, the license on this repository incorrectly claims to be GPL-3.0. Can you please correct it to avoid confusion?
