Recognize Ctrl-C and kill server between test cases

This pull request adds handling for Ctrl-C (KeyboardInterrupt) in both modes and ensures that the server is shut down between test cases in standalone mode.

Cool tool! Excited to try it out. I did a quick look at the source and didn’t see it…but does it generate any certs that test apps that might fail...
