Themes with background color not working on RTF export.

When exporting to RTF, with monokai theme for example, background color is not preserved on paste. Using SublimeText 3 on Mac.

Same issue here. I haven't been able to find out where this is getting dropped but it may be the same reason for: https://github.com/n1k0/SublimeHighlight/issues/55.
