v42b4 crashes most apps on 6s+/9.3.3

Upgraded to v42 beta 4 on my iPhone 6s+ running iOS 9.3.3. Most apps crash, downgraded to v42 beta 3, and apps no longer crashed. Upgraded to v42 beta 4 again to verify, and apps crash again.

Some apps (e.g. the "payme from hsbc hk" app) will only work with v42 beta 4 installed.

And for me only one installed application crashes with it: Ingress.
