Using v1.41.0, RIFE/VapourSynth Interpolating video no de-duplication: uses GPU. Interpolating video with de-duplication: no GPU use, only CPU. Regular RIFE works with de-duplication.
Today I tried to install RIFE46 with my 1.40, but it was showing errors so I tried to reinstall it and since then it makes that error 
When installing version 1.36.0 there's connectivity issue on both of servers and program can't be installed. Tested on multiple days and more devices.
