Failed to download index file error and models are invalid

Just downloaded flowframes, did the installer, input a demo video from the rife github, chose the RIFE 3.1 model, it ran, apparently did all the frames, and then chose to error.

You have to have the model files downloaded for it to work.

If you don't have those already, run it as an Admin and manually download all models, it should work then
