i am also facing the same, but its only failed when the video is 45 sec and above.

Had the same issue, was able to get around it by switching to sequential mode in the settings and keeping the cache after frame extraction. Other steps seem to run fine after that.

Running flowframes as administrator solved the issue for me. With that, even the default mode works.

i got same error when i input mp4 or mkv format. it worked when i change input video format to avi !
