Vertical video warp

Greetings! Trying to process a vertical video, I encountered the fact that the video is either compressed (flattened) or expanded - depending on the selected Interpolation AI. Logically, vertical videos should have a width less than the height, but in the file data the width and height correspond to a horizontal video. Also in the file data there is a Rotation parameter with a value of 90°. Is there an option to eliminate this video deformation without preliminary manipulations in other software?
