Interpolation succeeds but output video is stuck on a single frame

I was testing out the 1.36.0 build on some recorded gameplay, and so far haven't had any major issues except with this one file. For some reason, after about 2 minutes in, the output video gets stuck on a single frame for the rest of the video (10 minutes). The audio is playing in the background just fine, and I double checked that the source video isn't frozen at the 2 minute mark.

The video is 12 minutes long so I'd rather not deal with the hassle of uploading unless it helps resolve the issue.

I think it has to do with variable frame rate. If I convert it to a stable frame rate I don't get any issues.

I have the same problem, but with a stable frame rate. Can't use this software at all. Not to mention the input video is like 32MB and the output is 165KB. Somethings not right.

I delete all the models, let them redownload, and now it works. Who knows..
