Batch Upscale fails to respect folder structure, even with Pytorch ESRGAN

When doing a batch upscale, with output mode set to "Keep Folder Structure" the files all go into root.

This video displays me using ESRGAN, with output set to respect folder structure, and yet it puts all files into root.

Looking back at older versions, v1.37.0 - 04/06/21 doesnt have this issue
