Extract [this archive](https://github.com/erdilS/Port-Windows-11-Xiaomi-Pad-5/releases/download/1.0/fsa4480.7z) to components\QC8150\Device\DEVICE.SOC_QC8150.NABU\Drivers\USB and reinstall drivers.

Try updating this driver manually in device manager
