Change tracing::level for log::level

I was looking in the codebase and saw that you are not using the tracing with instruments only with span events well said, what do you think about changing the tracing for log crate, I mean the tracing crate has his own crate for appender logs as events, and now we have fastrace wich is more critical for performance than tokio tracing crate.
