Colored prompts behave incorrectly on Windows

iroh-cli 0.26.0 on Windows with PowerShell 7.4.5. iroh-cli installed via cargo install iroh-cli.

It seems that rustyline's readline() expects a prompt without special escaping chars, causing the problem.
