Set 'auto' to width by default + add attribute tooltip plugin

Some changes

  • Set to 'auto' tooltip width by default for range small to large number for example.
  • Add moving-tooltip-hidden attribute, its consists to hide tooltip by default and show when touch or click events are fired

I had any inspiration for attribute name 😅
