The high resolution images seem to be the ones from the original repo. See luanfujun/deep-photo-styletransfer#52 for more information on that.

I'll probably have a look once I migrated to GNOME Shell 46 myself.

Sounds like a duplicate of #219. Which GNOME version do you use?

Can confirm. It wasn't GNOME Shell 42.1 that fixed this issue but mutter 42.1.

We have GNOME Shell 42.4 now (on Ubuntu). Does anyone still see this behavior with the newest version?
