Player elements often get highlighted when entering fullscreen

Hi! I'm not sure what prompts this but often I notice that all elements are highlighted in fullscreen view. Other times only the title and playback time text.

Prevent youtube from always switching back to theater view.

Every since I started using Maia again Youtube always switches back to theater view, which I don't want. I think an option to prevent this is much needed.

At least I think it's supposed to be an ad. A box appears to the right of the player above the suggested videos with a partially visible page load error....

Loading of comments can be quite heavy. And not really necessary until you finish viewing the video. The same might be true for suggestions. (Though I for one use suggestions...
