There's an incompatiblity with the new lazy tabs feature of FF 55+, unloaded tabs to be closed via close "left/right/all tabs" are force inserted into content processes.

Also this happens when you try to overwrite a session with another via session manager.

So, since this change doesn't work can I expect negative effects in some circumstances from setting using "layout.scrollbar.side = 2"?
