improving download drive file, add some filter

i add some url check, virus scan check, limit quota check, prevent double download if the virus scan does not available and edited the shebang

could you explain me what the virus scan section should do? because it apears to do nothing but compare if this exists into the file name

it's been a long time lol, sorry i just noticed this, in the virus section there is a token / key that send to the second request to get the file from drive, maybe google drive change the flow right now
