Taskbar poping out on workspace switch

Hey,

I have my taskbar minimized, so it only appears when hovering over it with the mouse.

Whenever a workspace switch happens, the taskbar pops out for a second (I guess this happens due to programs changing). It's somewhat distracting.

Is it possible for the taskbar to not pop out in this case?
