Backup with Samples

Thinking of backup functions like “Backup all projects + samples” or “Backup project + samples” - where you get a folder per project containing project data + samples.

Yes - this would be very desirable. However, to do so will require some major tooling: elk-herd will need to create a zip archive in JS - and then download that.

Once that exists, the companion restore will need to be written.
