rcube_webmail is not defined

Describe the problem:

RoundCube is not loading for me.

ReferenceError: rcube_webmail is not defined Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined

Steps to Reproduce:

https://domain.com/webmail I get the following ReferenceError: rcube_webmail is not defined Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined

Debian version:

Debian 11.2

VestaCP Version:

0.9.8

The above could be because of wrong permissions to phpadmin config. Can anyone tell me where is the php config?

I am also getting this error when I visit this URL so I am sure that's why my RoundCube is not working. Can someone point me to where I need to change the PHP configuration permissions? https://mydomain.com/phpmyadmin/ phpMyAdmin - Error Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!
