Auto update in urls that contain utf-8 chars

Hi,

Thanks for great plugin.

When the url of page is in English everything seems to work correctly but when the url is in Farsi or any other utf-8 url encoded format it gives following error There is not post/page that has slug ''. So don't work. and don't automatically update the contents
