"session error" pop up even when I disconnect from a site normally

I am not sure if it is a configurable option or a bug, already unchecked "Warn When Exit Connected" in Preference, but I still got error message "Channel closed by the server" twice when I disconnected from a site (NEWSMTH, ssh).

It is not necessary to show this when I normally exit.

I've pushed a commit a05d0569d52dfe10b62a6e51c5cc41c7fe1e583f in todo branch. However, I don't think it's a good solution so I'm not going to merge this.
