Table alignment is ignored

as outlined in the issue #255 the result is not using the align left of the table as it should result |---|---|

Note that styles are never processed by the library except for some special cases where specific class names are checked. Hence don't think I would be able to handle this.

hmm I only realized this because my source was markdown then I transformed to html and then back.

Probably simple cases like style="text-align: left;" could be handled. Let me ponder on this a bit, will keep you posted.
