[ECONNREFUSED] + [TARGET DISPLAY MODE]

Hey @mysticflute this app is great!

IMPROVEMENT ---------------

I had to make sure that under System Preferences -> Shared -> Remote Login was ticked [turned ON] otherwise you won't be able to connect through SSH and therefore you can't authenticate the card. In this case the app would throw: error connection ECONNREFUSED [Local IP address]:22

QUESTION -----------

There is the [TARGET DISPLAY MODE] option, as well as cmd shortcut, that lets you enter in target display mode. As far as I know there is no option for toggle out from [TARGET DISPLAY MODE]. If I missed this please let me know, otherwise this may be a big improvement and a great feature since most users have trouble exiting [TARGET DISPLAY MODE] without disconnecting the cable!
