Uncaught Error: Could not authenticate

I tried setting this up between my macbook/imac running 10.12 Sierra. I can enter an address and a username, and I see that the public ssh is copied over, as the console reports "data received during exec"; but when I hit the save button, it throws a pop-up about Final Setup. I click ok, and the console reports "Uncaught Error: Could not authenticate" Any suggestions?"

sorry I missed this. Yeah there was an issue with Sierra but I thought I had fixed it. Is your SSH password protected, and do you have the ssh-agent running?

Are you still supporting this project? I get the same "Uncaught Error: Could not authenticate". I am running MacOS High Sierra and the SSH file is password protected.

I am also trying to get this to work on Mojave, is this work on that OS? Every time I enter the correct information, enter username password, etc, it always brings up the 'Final Setup' screen. When I click ok it goes right back to that screen, like a feedback loop. Any thoughts on how I can get this to work? Screen Shot 2020-01-21 at 6 32 18 AM

Sorry, with my current setup I just have a laptop now so I don't have a great way to check it. I'm open to a pull request though if you happen to figure it out.

What is a pull request? When you mention figure it out what do you mean exactly?
