A way to export metrics to grafana or zabbix(or others)

Would be a nice adition to manage and see data more easily, as for me, i use grafana for everything (i even have a qBittorrent dashboard) to gather information, would be so nice to have a dashboard for my node, to see like quantity of connections on the last 24hrs, bandwith consumption, medium fees of payments, the amount i receive.
