[windows, bug] node hard crashes, causes internet connection to freeze

Describe the bug User reports that after using VPN for 3-4 hours, node hard crashed, which caused internet connection to freeze.

Logs: mysterium-node.log

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Node version: 0.62.1
  • OS: Windows
