Unable to report an issue on mobile Android

So my myst token went from almost 10 to 0 in my balance on mobile vpn on Android. I could not submit an issue via the mobile device from the, "Report an issue" link. It lets me enter the email as optional and problem description but the Send button never lights up or works. Node version is 0.68.1. App version 2.0.25.107145
