Usage with powershell

I am looking for a way to use this with powershell to replace the other connector 9.2.

My hosting provider upgraded to MariaDB and I cannot get it to install in a way that i could expose the types for usage.

I get odd errors simply doing things like getting the types from the assembly.

Looking for some method to install cleanly because i have a few less technical people who will use this once i have it working.
