Link to post/party list after adding a candidate of that post/party

In the person update call-to-action, it'd be useful to link to the candidate's post and party pages so the user can continue with adding candidates for that party or post without needing to reselect either in the candidate form (or go back and refresh if they'd added the candidate from a post or party page).
