More specific data on types of transaction in version.json

It would be more consistent with our other frameworks if version.json broke down the interesting user action data into specific types. The types we collected at the retreat as making up transactions are:

• Uploading a photo
• Moderating a photo
• Adding a candidate
• Editing a candidate
• Merging two candidates
• Locking a post (or unlocking)
• Marking a winner
• Marking a candidate as standing/not standing
