Give some advance indication of allowed characters in username

Otherwise an invalid entry causes the form to be reloaded without the password field data, which is a bit annoying.

Sorry, I incorrectly thought this was about Twitter usernames, and not YNMP account usernames. I've removed the reference from #130 now.

This could be dealt with at the same time as: https://github.com/DemocracyClub/yournextrepresentative/issues/84 since they both involve overriding django-allauth templates.
