Filter recent changes by type

As a moderator looking for recent bad edits, I'm only interested in

person-update candidacy-create candidacy-delete

(this isn't complete, but I'm not interested in events like "photo-upload" and "set-candidate-elected" etc.)

events. Being able to filter the recent change log by the type of event would speed this process up significantly.
