Add newsletter sign-up to footer or campaigning pages

The main motivation would be to attract campaigning types who might be visiting the https://www.writetothem.com/about-campaigns section - but perhaps it would be neater and more effective in the footer? I'll leave that decision to the designers.

Are you wanting people to sign up to the main mySociety newsletter?

AIUI the way the newsletter is set up, people can only sign up to the mySociety one and select their interests from FOI & journalism/Campaigning & Democracy/Better Cities.

But that's actually fine because we're now set up to manage things according to that - ie everyone gets the main newsletter and those with a special interest get a supplementary one.

Let’s put an "Email newsletter" link in the footer (making it 6 links in the footer, 2 groups of 3) and then make a nice signup box to go in the middle of the /about-campaigns page.
