User suggestion: add more options to questionnaire
From a user:
Your questions are not comprehensive enough. My MP has replied and has written to the local council about the problem. He is waiting for a reply from them before he can take any action and inform me of what’s going to happen. May I suggest you add this type of question to your email. “My MP has answered me and the situation is ongoing.”
From another user:
I was asked for feedback on response. You are missing an option. I received an auto response - which proved my email had landed, but didn't actually provide a real acknowledgement
Replying saying they're awaiting a response from someone else is a reply. As they say when they say "My MP has replied". We're not interested in their ongoing situation.
And the second one, we have a response that is "YES, but it was only an acknowledgement" without defining "real" or not. Frankly, I think no longer having to waste someone's time putting a postcard in the post saying "your letter has been received" is perfectly acceptable as an acknowledgement.
