Simplify the 'I didn't get a reply' page

I am grateful for your efforts as a charity but wonder if you are aware of how overwhelming your email introducing your service is. Far too overwhelming to use well. I urge you to write more simply to people who have tried to contact their MP's and counsellors and keep all the words words words to options that can be clicked on.

I mean what comes up when you select the link: what do I do when I do not get a reply?

I am a mature university educated person - but just gave up with the overload of information.
