User suggestion: Ability to edit or delete message from confirmation email
"do you think it might be feasible and also worthwhile , for the user to be able positively to delete an incorrect message, using a second link provided in the standard confirmation request e-mail from you? Just an idea, - thanks for giving this suggestion some consideration, anyway."
Suggest that you add a URL in the confirmation email to allow the user to follow the URL to edit the letter if the user spots an error after confirming, even the best writers find errors after the fact..!
Either that or in the confirmation page, a last ditch option to revisit and edit the letter is offered...
Message: I noticed as I sent a message to Oliver Letwin that his name is misspelt once the proof comes up, there seems to be no way to amend this and could make the sender seem ignorant.
