It's possible I'm misunderstanding this, but doesn't sending a message to all MSPs include the local constituency MSP implicitly? Or is this a use case where the others basically want CCing?

No, the problem stated is correct (have a look with a Scottish postcode) - you can either send to one constituency MSP, one regional MSP, or all regional MSPs. I'm not sure how easy it would be to add an all MSPs option, nor if it would be widely used (the SP is keen on discouraging blanket use hence the detailed messages currently given).

The site is incredibly useful, and I agree one should write to one's constituency MSP in the first instance for local problems/questions. However, where I am (for example) trying to encourage all of my MSPs to sign a Scottish Parliament motion or vote a particular way on an amendment, it makes sense to be able to contact a list which is both my regional MSPs and my constituency MSP. Might you be able to allow that as an option?
