Review listing of bodies in Northern Ireland

Over the past couple of days I've handled some user support/cleared delivery error flags that has shown that our listings of bodies in Northern Ireland is quite out of date. I'm particularly talking about executive agencies/committees.

It would be worth doing a review of these to mark the relevant ones as defunct and to see if there are any that we've missed.
